What does the scholarship mean to me?: I feel absolutely honored to have received this year’s Gumbiner, Savett, Inc. Scholarship. This award has truly helped me in numerous ways. It takes off the burden of the student loan I would have had to obtain in order to continue my education at UCLA. With this award, I am able to shift my focus from financial worries to more academic and professional endeavors.
