Biography:

Andres Santos is a Professor of Economics at UCLA. Before joining UCLA, Professor Santos earned his Ph.D. from Stanford University and was a faculty member at UCSD. His research centers on theoretical econometrics, with an emphasis on the development of estimation and inference methods for cross-sectional datasets. He is a fellow of the Econometric Society and the International Association for Applied Econometrics. Professor Santos has served on several editorial boards, including as a Co-Editor for the American Economic Review and Quantitative Economics.
